Before obtaining their degrees, all students must complete approximately nine-hundred hours of work in the clinic setting. After graduation Chiropractors must obtain a license to practice in the state of their choice. Some states have individual examinations for their applicants to take while most require successful completion of the National Boards. There are 4 National Board Examinations which test the knowledge gained through classroom education as well as the clinical experience. Those who make the grade are blessed with the opportunity to save and change lives on a daily basis with chiropractic as their tool.
